The attacker can have a maximum of +150% bonus (equal to +300% defensive bonus) that boosts both attack and defense, while the defender can only have a maximum of +200% bonus, which only boosts defense. The current militay boosts from great buildings are unbalanced. I got some feedback, some players thought it was good, some thought it was overkill, so I decided to make some adjustments to the idea to make it more balanced.
